we ship five days a week
we try to fit as much as we can into a flat rate envelope from the post office
if it doesn't fit in the envelope we use the flat rate box
if you spend over $150 (regular price) you get free shipping

the shopping cart system initially calculates shipping price
if shipping is different than initial estimate
you may be asked to pay for the remaining shipping cost
